Dog in need project

Hi dog lovers! Does anyonyone have any suggestions on techniques for dissolving or removing an intestinal obstruction in a large dog??? Possibly bone fragments. This dog is a rescued male mastiff apricote with a black mask. Any help/ideas ASAP are most appreciated. Thankyou, Orchard Mist(61154)
